IN
HER OWN WORDS
The emergence of our true selves is the focus of my work.
I have found, both in my studies and in my practical experience,
that the balance of body, mind and spirit is the key to a
health-full existence. When one aspect of our being is brought
to a new level of health, the other aspects are then able
to follow. This is a dynamic, constantly evolving process.
We can assist this process by offering support in the form
of appropriate therapeutic bodywork and propagation of a lifestyle
that allows us to flow with the natural rhythms of life rather
than against them. One of my greatest strengths is the ability
to meet my clients in their process and to use the therapeutic
tools that work in order to efficiently meet, and often exceed
their goals. Whether receiving a relaxing massage, rehabilitating
an injury, allieviating a chronic pain pattern or balancing
mood and energy swings, you will be treated with respect and
a loving presence.
I am deeply grateful to my teachers of the past and present,
all of whom p0ssessed a quality of inspiration and joy that permeates
their work. Amongst the teachers and institutions I have been
honored to learn from include Sam McClellan and The New England
Institute for Integrative Acupressure, Julie Lowensberg, RN,
LMT (Massage Therapy), The Upledger Institute (CranioSacral
I & II, Lymphatic Drainage), the lineage of the Grand
Masters of the USUI Reiki System, Dr. Eric Pearl (The Reconnection),
The Kripalu School of Ayurveda, including: Dr. Vasant Lad,
Dr. John Douillard, Dr. Jay Apte, Dr. Shekhar Annambhotla,
Dr. Robert Svoboda and Dr. Sunil Joshi, amongst others. My
own body/mind/spirit, and of course, with deepest gratitude
of all to my greatest teachers of past, present and future—my
clients.
I am dedicated to assist those who are committed to exploring
and experiencing a deeper level of freedom and functioning
within body, mind and spirit. I have been practicing professionally
since 1995, and it is my honor and my joy to facilitate healing
in others.
